The animals in the circus escaped and spent a colorful night in the Spanish capital. The circus suspected that animal rights activists had released these animals.
DSpanish police captured eight circus camels and one llama on the night train through the streets of Madrid. The police said on the short message service Twitter on Friday that the animals were found in the southern area of Karabanchel at around 5 am and returned to their owners safely. Unusual night owls can be seen in the attached photos.
Therefore, the runaways did not deviate too far from their circus called Quiros. An official of the circus, Mati Muñoz, breathed a sigh of relief. “Thank God, nothing happened,” she told AFP.
According to her, the fence of the eight camels and lamas was cut off, and the circus has complained. Muñoz said that you think this is sabotage by animal rights activists. “They come to protest every year.”
