At 9:50 pm on August 21, DC Khadra Mallin of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the City of London Police asked the witness to appear in court.
“This is a protracted violent struggle. We have no place in the City of London. We cannot tolerate this kind of behavior.
“We are conducting a thorough investigation and are asking the public to help identify those involved and help us continue to make the City of London a safe place.”
