Stitt wrote in a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Tuesday: “The federal government is irresponsible for imposing mandatory vaccination obligations on the Oklahoma National Guard. This may restrict me in The number of people who can request assistance from the state in an emergency.”.
