this The unexpected victory of Republican Glen Youngkin Earlier this month, becoming the next governor of Virginia shocked politics. Just a few months ago, Youngkin returned to the game at a double-digit rate and eventually defeated the much-loved Democrat Terry McAuliffe.
Youngkin did not make a comeback by prioritizing the normal state of Republican issues.Instead, he focused on culture wars like a laser beam Around the Left School Board And the harm they cause to children. This strategy resulted in a major shift in Loudoun County and other bluer suburbs, assuming Youngkin is another Republican.
However, a person who might be hired by the governor-elect is a bit confused.
Youngkin was elected on the issue of culture wars about race and gender
So, Youngkin chose a person with a pronoun in his bio to do his communication. He also served on the Georgetown Latino Leadership Forum and supported almost everything that Youngkin voters voted against.

It will not get better. It is difficult to fight a culture war in Loudon about teachers being fired for refusing to use pronouns, because he might run some of the correspondents of the governor-elect. pic.twitter.com/r27RV8x72C

I said it might be hired because I can’t actually confirm that this person is currently working for Youngkin. His statement was made by Marin Mora himself on election night, and he stated in his Twitter resume that he had “communicated” the elected governor. But his Twitter account has now been deleted, and his LinkedIn account has also been restricted. Is he doing some kind of left-wing outreach for Youngkin? Or is he taking on a broader communication role? Because of how extensive his role is, the answer can provide a logical explanation.
In addition, for full disclosure, Pedro Gonzalez is a “new right” populist, not even a true Donald Trump model. He is more economically to the left, and he strongly opposes Youngkin. Therefore, some doubts about the source are justified.
However, you cannot blame Republicans for being upset about such things. According to the evidence we have, Joshua Marin-Mora is a mature warrior of awakening. He scolds “cis-gender men” and uses pronouns in his resume. That is the opposite of the culture war that swept Youngkin to victory, and it cannot be ignored here.
In the end, I think this is of little significance to Youngkin’s governance. I suspect that this person is an intern, or given his age, he is serving others in a targeted outreach position. However, I also worry that Youngkin may eventually be stabbed because of someone who holds this view in his communications department. We have seen that movie before.
As far as I am concerned, I am content to wait for an explanation while keeping in mind that Virginia is not a red state. Republicans should not expect Youngkin Ron DeSantis. But there must be some standards, and we will see how this works.
