Pumpkin Spice Egg White Waffles

Sometimes, you only need a quick, simple recipe to satisfy everyone, and you don’t need a lot of ingredients.

These Pumpkin Spice Egg White Waffles So simple and so delicious!these are 5 minute pancakes I made it and added a little extra protein and autumn flavor! They are gluten-free and dairy-free and will definitely be popular.

These waffles are rich in egg protein and Protein powder, Which helps keep you full. Adding the optimal amount or complete protein to your diet helps support your active lifestyle. Amino acids are good for your brain, immune function, hormones, enzymes and muscle tissue.

Yes, this recipe is still “effective” without protein powder, but if you are very active, I really encourage you to use this meal as an opportunity to increase your amino acid intake.

The bananas in the batter make these waffles naturally sweet and delicious. They are rich in phytonutrients and contain soluble and insoluble fiber (1). Soluble fiber is soluble in water and slows down digestion, helping to stabilize blood sugar levels, while insoluble fiber is insoluble in water, helping to keep substances flowing in the digestive system (2).

This recipe takes 5 minutes to put together and is satisfying and delicious-no matter what you use as a topping, you will love these delicious waffles!
