Review – We all have too many things, but continue to read reviews and buy more. No, I’m not talking about knives or multi-function tools, but you can forgive you for having such thoughts. I’m talking about flashlights. These are three of the four major EDC gadgets we saw on Gadgeteer. (I will use the equipment bag and pen as the tie of No. 4, but I don’t see the numbers.) Olight has been around for many years and has a simple goal:… “Put an Olight in as much as possible Place people’s hands as much as possible. Why? Because we believe that no one should be kept in the dark; period.” Their latest release Olight Warrior 3 flashlight is designed as a sturdy and durable tactical light with long battery life. There are two ways to get light. The way, as well as a cool, bright light color, can provide clear lighting. To what extent has it achieved these goals? Let’s see.

Design and features
The Olight Warrior 3 flashlight is a fist-sized light with a switch placed under the thumb. It has a knurled central body and a spring steel clip, which can rotate around the lamp body, so that the feeling is what you like. You can even put the clip on the side button, if you want, just use the tail button. (As a military-grade light, this prevents the light from being inadvertently activated.) The tail panel is a silver button that can be used to turn on the light by half-pressing or use a single hard key to access the penetration Turbo brightness level. Press/click. The accessory kit allows to be used as a weapon mounted light (WML), and the tail pin is used to connect to the controller. (This is not sent for testing.)
The light is available in three colors: black and two 8000-unit limited editions, desert camouflage (I received) and orange.
In the absence of a WML controller, the lower three phases of the lamp can be accessed by pressing the rubber switch near the lens. When it is on, press and hold the button to cycle through the levels, and lift your thumb when you reach the desired level. When you turn off the light, it will retain the setting the next time it is activated, unless you change the battery.
Around the thumb switch, there are two groups of four LEDs. The upper group shows the battery level (25%, 50%, 75% and 100%), the lower group shows the light intensity. As mentioned earlier, Turbo mode can only be accessed via the tail button, which is a good thing. In this mode, you can feel the heat of the light at a distance of 6-8 inches from the lens. The device can also be programmed with instructions in the user guide to access the strobe function. With a maximum output of 2300 lumens and a maximum projection distance of 300 meters, whether you are camping, hiking, search and rescue, or engaged in tactical operations, you can see things in the nearby area. In low-power mode (still powerful enough to read or cook or view your path while camping or walking the dog), the battery will last up to 55 days of runtime. To charge, just tap the metal blue cap on the tail pin for a few hours. The LED “gas meter” around the side switch will let you know how much juice you have. It also includes a customized 3.6V 5000 mAh 21700 battery. (This is usually an expensive option, with many lights.)
Performance
The Olight Warrior 3 flashlight is heavy, and the dots around the edge of the lens serve a dual purpose, namely to protect personal and physical protection when the lens is dropped. Opening it and changing the light intensity is very simple and intuitive.
The nylon housing allows many different connection methods: clipped on the MOLLE system or through a belt. The buckle is fixed with a webbing, so it will not slip around. The hard plastic clip is very strong, but easy to unlock.

Final thoughts
If you are a real Gadgeteer, this will be a tricky question: from where you are now, how many flashlights can you touch? If there are less than two, we may need to talk about your dedication to the cause. If it exceeds twenty, we may need to intervene. But I guess for most people who read this website, most of the time there are 4-5 high-quality flashlights within 10 feet of you. I have one for each door, one or two in my bag, and a few on the desk. This doesn’t count in my car, bedside table, casual sitting in the study, etc. Let us possibly add one more, shall we? The Olight Warrior 3 flashlight is a tough biscuit. Magnetic charging in Turbo mode and preventing damage caused by heat rays are both positive in my book.
