to its suite of digital patient engagement solutions, Equivalent Introduced a new Mobile Connect™ solution that enables healthcare organizations to securely deliver mobile app experiences to patients and their loved ones, with the flexibility to easily configure apps to meet the needs of specific populations. The solution enhances the company’s Health Relationship Management platform, an integrated omnichannel solution for collaborative, hyper-targeted digital health engagement.

With Equiva Mobile Connect, a healthcare facility or individual unit, department or clinic can select specific educational materials, support resources and information to present through the app to match the care goals of the target population.

“Many of our customers tell us that mobile app options are limited. Prepackaged offerings do not allow fluid content to be defined and updated based on changing protocols, patient needs, etc. Custom development often takes time and cost,” Equiva CEO Nir Altman said. “We are delighted to support HCO in delivering digital offerings across care settings, specifically addressing the individual needs of individuals at home and on the go. This is the foundation of our healthy relationship management platform.”

Each instance of the Equiva Mobile Connect app is mapped to provide a pre-configured set of instructional materials, survey tools and wellness resources (relaxation tools, nutrition tips, etc.), as well as organization-specific information and promotional materials. These can include videos, PDFs, web-linked apps, survey tools, and more.
