Happy Friday and Easter weekend. We’re going to a small neighborhood hunt for Easter eggs and I can’t wait to see Marin’s reaction. In other news, I finally found the last few things to “finish” our living room so it’ll be on the blog next week, yes. Also, I think I forgot to share that we have a hot tub. Honestly, this feels like a necessity for winter/spring survival in Vermont. It took a few months to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Everyone warned me that April was going to be tough in Vermont (aka mud season). They’re not kidding, and then seeing pretty much everyone I know going somewhere warm on spring break, yes I’ve been terrified. But it’s sunny today, so I’m walking to pick up Marlin from school, stopping for ice cream on the way home. Yep for ruining dinner and high sugar lol. happy weekend!
