For British travelers who want to enjoy the sun in the coming weeks, here are all the rules.
From July 19, double-vaccinated British holidaymakers returning from amber-listed countries will no longer need to self-isolate.
Transport Secretary Grant Shaps stated in the House of Commons on July 8 that vacationers still need to undergo a test three days before returning, and a PCR test on or before the next day after returning home.
The major update comes as the country prepares to enter the final phase of its road map to lift the blockade on Freedom Day on July 19.

People who are vaccinated must undergo pre-arrival testing and the test the day after returning to the country.

The British Indian-Produced version AstraZeneca vaccine Will no longer be turned away Malta, The Minister of Transportation said.
Grant Sharps said that the Maltese authorities have “modified their travel advice” to allow all vacationers who have received the vaccine in the UK to enter, no matter where it is made.
“All vaccines undergo strict safety and quality inspections,” he added in a tweet.
Malta has not yet confirmed this change.
Although there is no problem with the vaccine, and it has been authorized by the country World Health Organization (WHO), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has not yet approved. This means that it is not currently accepted as part of the EU vaccine passport program.
Some European countries have individually agreed to recognize Britons who have received jabs, and Malta is now doing the same, because a couple in their 60s were turned away at Manchester Airport at 3:30 on Friday morning.
