This recipe uses my simple Blackened Seasoning Recipe, which contains the following ingredients, but you can also use store-bought ingredients. (If unsalted, add 1 teaspoon of salt per pound of chicken.)

  1. season. in a small bowl, stir together Easy Blackened Chicken Seasoning Spices. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with the blackened seasoning.
