The Kentucky court is hearing a terrible incident on a public school bus.
According to Louisville WavesOne afternoon in 2015, a 6-year-old Jefferson County Public School student walked down the bus steps to go home.
But something serious went wrong.
When her feet reached the sidewalk, the bus door closed.
The little girl identified as “AR” in the lawsuit carried her backpack.
The door is clamped tightly to the bag, trapping it in the bus.
AR struggled to escape, but couldn’t escape.
Looking forward, the bus driver accelerated and drove to the next stop.
The heartbreaking video of the incident shows the poor young man trying to run side by side with the bus at first. But as the speed increased, she lost her footing.
According to her family’s lawyer-he was in court on Tuesday Start a civil trial — The girl was dragged 1,147 feet.
Incredibly, the bus driver never noticed.
It seems that there are no students standing in front of the bus.
In the safety video, the car can be heard honking the horn, presumably to remind the driver.
Finally realized that the driver pulled over and stopped, exclaiming: “Oh my God! My god!”
As a person who has been on the bus since childhood, I was shocked to find that the driver did not watch the little girl get off the bus and waited until she was confirmed that she was far away from the bus before continuing on the road. This shocked me.
Even if AR is not caught by the door, she may be knocked down by the bus.
As pointed out Yahoo!news, The driver “after investigating determined that she did not see the children getting out of the car and ensuring that all children were dismissed after they were seated before driving, which meets her training requirements.”
According to reports, she was found to have violated 16 different rules during the ordeal.

The lawsuit alleges that the child… suffered severe nerve damage and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has undergone many operations.
The family “claimed for an unknown amount of compensation.”
This is a tragic story of negligence and a reminder to all of us: we must pay attention to what we are doing.
Everyone feels guilty for not paying attention sometimes.
But, especially when heavy machinery is involved—especially when children are involved—a moment of neglect can be equal to a lifetime of pain and regret.
Thank God, the carelessness of Kentucky did not see a worse end result.
Let us all hope and pray that AR will fully recover.
And it may never happen again.
