The Earth Institute is looking for three interns to support its professional development program and assist in outreach 2022 Ivy Environment and Sustainability Job FairThe exhibition will be held on February 25, 2022. Bring together Approximately 75 recruiters are hiring full-time or part-time jobs and internship opportunities to meet up to 1,000 Ivy League students. We are looking for aggressive professional interns: assist in outreach and follow-up organizations; post jobs to the Earth Institute job list; update the communication between employers and students. The ideal interns will bring creativity, vitality and enthusiasm to the task of getting great organizations to participate in the 2022 job fair.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: unpopular organizations, inviting them to participate in job fairs; managing email follow-up to the organization; maintaining up-to-date contact, outreach and next steps electronic forms; helping prepare materials and setting up virtual web meetings for job fairs; online Search and post sustainability work. Other related responsibilities assigned.

Required skills: Applicants should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate should be personable, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and accurate. A background in marketing, sales or advertising is preferred, but not required. Requires advanced Excel skills.

Desired student type: Undergraduate or postgraduate.

Compensation: 18 USD/hour, 10-15 hours/week. The positioning starts in early September and continues until February 2022.
