This morning, Dr. Anthony Fauci had an extremely intense exchange with Senator Rand Paul. This happened at a Senate hearing where Paul blamed Fauci on the NIH-funded Wuhan Virus Research Institute’s functional acquisition study, which was suspected of leaking the COVID virus.
Fauci broke out and accused Paul of lying, although Paul apparently did not lie. Before I begin to explain why Fauci moves the goal post so dishonestly, this is a video.

As far as the merits of the case are concerned, Fauci deliberately tried to mislead and confuse. It is true that NIH funds flowed to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. RedState’s own Scott Hounsell showed through a series of extensive survey articles a few months ago (see Here, Here, with Here).
In addition, Paul himself proved this reality shortly after the exchange, including the fact that the funds were indeed used for functional acquisition research.

What Fauci is trying to do now is very dishonest. He did not accept his responsibility for not properly supervising funds and allowed him to conduct gain-of-function research in poorly-run Chinese laboratories. Instead, he tried to evade Paul’s claim, which is a common strategy used by good doctors.
Now, Fauci’s excuse is not to deny that the funds happened (something He turned out Because he is a scammer), but claimed that the funds were not used to manipulate a specific virus that may cause COVID. In the video, he kept yelling and researching proved that the virus he manipulated could not develop into a “document” of the coronavirus.
There are two problems. One, money can be substituted. Even if what Fauci said was true, the National Institutes of Health sent money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to help them pay their bills. This is an undeniable fact. Fauci’s argument is a lot like those who claim that government-funded family planning will not be used for abortion because it should be used for rent. Of course, it does abortion, because money can be substituted. If you give money to someone to pay for a certain area, you can free up the money for another area. In addition, the simple fact that we send money to these people, no matter where the money goes, is bad enough, and Fauci should be condemned for this.
In addition, documents written by CCP scientists claiming something do not prove the actual whereabouts of the money and the contents of the experiment. Fauci tried to use “what China told us” as evidence to refute Paul’s allegations, which is shocking. How many lies must China fall into before it can no longer be trusted? For Fauci, the answer is obviously another after the previous one, which is another reason why he should have been fired a long time ago.
All in all, Fauci is a lying and dishonest hacker. Like most politicians, he wants to avoid every bit of responsibility for his irresponsible behavior. He had nothing to do in his position, and at the moment when the Republicans regained the White House, Fauci needed to be the first government employee to be sent to the ranch.
