As i reported on SundayThe preliminary list of candidates for the Gavin Newson recall election on September 14 was published on the California Secretary of State’s website. The names of political experts, radio celebrities, and late governor Larry Elder candidates were not listed. I said that this is not the final list, and did not disclose information about the reasons for his exclusion, but if things are not fully clarified, it may herald the end of his campaign.
We quickly discovered the reason: as Larry Elder put it, a “prank” by the Democratic Party. California Governor Shirley Weber happened to be the person appointed by Newsom. She decided that because Elder’s tax return did not meet the requirements, she could cancel his eligibility to vote. Weber sent a letter to Elder’s campaign on Sunday afternoon, even though the news that he did not vote has become popular on Saturday night!
Did I tell you that Shirley Webb was appointed? Her actions reflected her master’s orders. Elder mentioned this in a lengthy tweet on Monday:

This California Globe Talked to lawyer Mark Meuser and confirmed this. Meuser also publicly stated that Weber has no right to exclude Elder from the ballot for this reason:

The Globe contacted election lawyer Mark Meuser on Monday about a letter from Secretary Webber received by Larry Elder (see below).Messer mentioned California Electoral Code 8903, section (b), It also pointed out that the tax filing regulations stipulate that the Secretary of State can prepare a new version of the tax return, and modify it only when the subdivision allows it, but cannot delete candidates.
Elder went on to elaborate on the facts confirmed by Mercer above and summarized his views:

Elder did go to court, and the judge ruled on Wednesday that Elder should not be required to file tax returns in the first place, because the law used by the National Security Agency to exclude him only applies to the primary election, not the same as the recall. Special ballot elections.

For Democrats who want to maintain power over the country, Elder’s participation in the election will be a disturbing issue. His status as a high-profile Republican may give voters a great incentive to vote for the recall, causing Democrats to step back even further than they have already.
So, about Elder’s fight for votes: Is this a Republican thing, a matter of incompetence, or a matter of race?

In Elder’s case, it may be a combination of the three. The Democratic Party is based on racism and continues to be racist. Do you want to talk about implicit bias? Look at the way blacks are catered to within the party, but rarely receive any real influence. Once blacks are used to achieve a certain goal (The first black president, “Check!”), just like locusts, they will move to the next fertile land (note that the Spanish and Asians).

Elder’s exclusion from voting for the California recall may be a trivial matter for them to select the least skilled candidates. The Democrats seem to be unprepared for Elder’s quick counterattack, which may run counter to their intentions.

Another attractive black candidate, Major Williams, also encountered the vandalism he claimed. Since the beginning of 2021, Williams has been running for the California governor candidate and has raised a lot of social media and campaign funds. Therefore, to the surprise of his followers, his name was also excluded from voting in the recall election.
There are many speculations and questions about his election campaign. Once he does not vote, these speculations and questions will increase. Williams responded to a rather esoteric Facebook post:

As a candidate, my job is to authorize the right people around me to perform according to the positions they get. In this particular example, my administrator did not complete the work that was supposed to be done, depending on their compensation.
Williams fabricated a story about how he was locked out of all accounts, and the administrator failed to submit the appropriate documents in time to include his name on the September 14 removal ballot.
Williams filed a lawsuit against the saboteurs that he believed caused his campaign troubles and now encourages his followers to make him a candidate.
Will a lawsuit be filed against this “administrator” who “locked” Major Williams’ bank account and website and failed to submit the Williams candidate form? The person who “destroyed” his campaign. Will Williams sue himself for incompetence and fraud?

Williams added leather to his sneakers and really established a connection with people; therefore, many comments on Facebook and Instagram posts are support and encouragement for him to continue fighting.

I was really shocked that so many other people entered the ballot. Those who did not participate had this victim mentality. I understand that the tax return submitted by Elder is incomplete. However, he only participated in the competition a week ago and was clearly on his way. How could a candidate who participated in the recall contest from the first day fail to complete the voting requirements? As someone who supports this sport (at a certain moment), I am really asking. It’s like applying for any other job and submitting an incomplete resume/application, and then feeling frustrated when not hired. Whether it is sabotage, racist tendencies, or simple fooling, prepared minds and truly prepared candidates have overcome them.Elder was among the top and got a huge boost in his campaign, California Politics/Emerson polling Even put him in the lead; but now is not the time for arrogance. If Elder is not prepared and starts thinking 10 steps ahead, the next skirmish may affect his candidacy.
It may be too late for Williams.
