Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s private judge in custody struggle was disqualified in court

Now, the Second District Court of Appeals is on Julie’s side, saying that Judge John W. Old Kirk did not fully disclose his business relationship with Pitt’s lawyer.

“Judge Ouderkirk’s unethical conduct, coupled with information disclosed in his recent professional relationship with Pitt lawyers, may cause an objective person who knows all the facts to reasonably doubt the judge’s impartiality. Disqualification is required,” the court ruled.

The battle for guardianship is far from over.

They hired their own judges to increase privacy in divorce cases.

When Julie asked him to disqualify him in an August document, Odd Kirk refused to disqualify him.

A lower court judge ruled that Julie’s request for disqualification was too late. Julie’s lawyer subsequently appealed.

Julie and Pete are the golden couples in Hollywood. They have been in love for 12 years, and they got married.
