Miami-Dade police said that Berry drank two glasses of wine on the Frontier Airlines flight and ordered another.
According to reports from the police and eyewitnesses, it all started when Berry rubbed an empty glass on the hip of a female flight attendant, and then she told him not to touch her. According to officials, Berry then spilled a drink on his shirt, then went to the bathroom and came out shirtless.
