The man who recorded the video said, “You threatened me in front of the police.”
The employee replied: “I threatened you. Sucking my ass. How does this sound? I can say anything I want. Do you know why I can? Free speech.”
When employees began to re-enter the building, he said: “Fuck [n-word].”
The recorder said, “Wow! He called me [n-word]. He called me one [n-word]…. Now it starts. What I saw on the camera… If this is not racial profiling, what is it? “

According to WNBC, the man who recorded the video was towed away after the accident. Jason Cleffi, the owner of Ajaco, said that when the man came to Ajaco to pick up the car, he allegedly spent an hour nearby and started arguing with employees after being unable to pay the towing fee.
