Air Fryer Broccoli It’s on a regular rotation in my house, but lately I’ve only been freezing, so I did some testing and found that cooking frozen broccoli in the air fryer does the same! When you don’t have fresh ones on hand, Air Fryer Frozen Broccoli is an incredibly easy way to create a delicious, nutritious side dish in minutes.it is better than Roasted Broccoli Or cook other frozen veggies in the oven (like mine Roasted Frozen Brussels Sprouts).

  • frozen cauliflower – You can use a bag of frozen broccoli florets from the store or freeze your own broccoli. I keep it simple with just salt and pepper, but you can also add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or a little lemon juice), paprika, cumin, italian seasoning, or red pepper flakes. Also try a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese at the end!

How to Cook Frozen Broccoli in the Air Fryer

  1. season. In a large mixing bowl, toss frozen broccoli and olive oil until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Air fry. arrange the florets in air fryer basket, in a single layer. Air fry frozen broccoli florets until crisp, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Adjustment. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.

How long to cook frozen broccoli in the air fryer?

Cook frozen broccoli in an air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Depending on the size of the florets, the time may vary by a few minutes.

storage instructions

  • shop: Cooked vegetable leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • Reheat: Heat the broccoli in an air fryer at 350°F for 1-2 minutes, or in an oven at the same temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  • freeze: Store any leftovers from this air fryer broccoli recipe in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 months. While broccoli is still safe to eat, it will lose its texture after repeated freezing.
