- Prepare the salmon. Pat the fish dry with paper towels. This will help create a beautiful crispy appearance during cooking.
- Make oil mixture. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.

- Reheat: Reheat salmon in an air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes, or in an oven at the same temperature for 8-10 minutes, until hot. Microwaves are not recommended, but can be done in a pinch.
