  5. Put the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer.Cook 8-12 minutes. Check and remove any brown/brittle slices at the 8 minute mark. Continue to check every few minutes until all slices are completed. Repeat the above steps for all zucchini slices. Zucchini will be more brittle when cooled.
