A man faces felony charges after sending pictures insulting and death threatening emails to Dr. Anthony Fauci, a top US infectious disease expert. Criminal complaint The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Maryland on Tuesday.
Thomas Patrick Connery Jr. is accused of sending multiple threats of violence to the National Institutes of Health in Fauci from late December last year to late July 2021.
Connery called Fauci, the current director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, a “liying sack” and a “disgusting, compromising Satanic Masonic criminal,” and cited the complaint.
Connery seems to be dissatisfied with Fauci’s guidance on obtaining the Covid-19 vaccine. An email in late April wrote that Fauci and his wife “if you say more about the’mandatory vaccine’, their teeth will be worn away from the worthless k-skull.”

“I do believe there should be more empowerment at the local level,” Fauci said CNN’s “State of the Union Address” Earlier this month. “We are talking about life-and-death situations. We have lost 600,000 Americans, and we are still losing more. 4 million people have died globally, so I support this.”
According to the screenshots in the file, some emails threatened the lives of Fauci and his family. One of the messages from late April stated that they would be “dragged into the street, beaten to death and set on fire.”
Special agent Brett D. Rowland, who works with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), filed an affidavit on Tuesday, accusing Connery of threatening federal officials and interstate communications, including threats of harm.
HHS investigators began “protection operations” around Fauci in March last year, when he became a key figure in providing guidance during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
“Part of these protective actions involves reviewing threats received through various means, including mail, voice mail, and e-mail,” Roland wrote in the criminal lawsuit. These actions led to the investigation of threatening emails allegedly sent by Connery.
Connery’s lawyer information was not immediately available, and he could not be reached for comment. HHS representatives did not immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment.
