As people seek more green space, the garden lending service is launched

garden A loan service has been launched, giving Londoners the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing private outdoor space with friends.

The plan is based on research showing that more than 40% of Britons said nature, wild animalsSince the beginning of Covid-19 restrictions, visiting local green spaces has been the key to their happiness.

Guests are welcome to book their preferred time slot and relax in a range of places, whether it’s the tranquil waterfront, sunny gardens, or idyllic urban oasis.

New Zealand wine brand Stoneleigh collaborated with DJ Lilah Parsons and garden expert Michael Perry (also known as Mr. Plant Geek) to promote the garden loan service, which will be launched in three cities in the UK, including London, Manchester and Brighton.

All booking sales will be donated to the non-profit organization Grow2Know, which is about to renovate two garden projects in Lancaster West Estate below Grenfell Tower in West London.

Mr. Perry said: “Regardless of size, outdoor and garden spaces are very important to our health, especially during the Covid pandemic.

“Being surrounded by nature and spending time relaxing is something I have always liked, so I am proud to participate in this program, which gives people the opportunity to spend time with friends in urban gardens and raise funds to help transform the community for everyone to enjoy. Garden.”
