it’s easy Bacon Deviled Eggs The cookbook is one of my favorite appetizer Suitable for any occasion. Potlucks, picnics, parties, holidays…you name it, these are perfect! (They’re always a crowd pleaser – who doesn’t love eggs and bacon?) If you like egg saladyou’ll love bacon deviled eggs!
In addition to party appetizers, this dish is one of my favorite lunch staples.I like to combine these eggs with a simple Chicken Caesar Saladcreamy Broccoli Salador Cucumber Subs A complete meal.

How to Make Deviled Eggs with Bacon

- Boil eggs. Cook the eggs as directed here. Cool in ice water, then peel.
- Mash the yolks. cut the eggs in half skin-peeler. Remove egg yolks and place in a large bowl. paste.
- Mix the filling. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and sea salt to the egg yolks. Blend until smooth.


- gather. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites Pastry bags (or a zip lock bag with a corner cut off). You can also use a spoon in a pinch, but piping looks much better.
- Add toppings. For the best bacon deviled eggs, top with smoked paprika and fresh chives.


Recipe Variations
Add some spice to your Bacon Deviled Eggs! Try these variations for delicious and unique flavors:
- Bacon Jalapeno Deviled Eggs – Seed and dice two jalapeños (wear gloves!). Add the bacon and jalapeños to the yolk mixture, then pour over the eggs. You can also top with jalapeno slices for garnish if you like.
- Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs – Add 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese to the egg yolk mixture. Mix well.
- add spices – If you like a kick, a sprinkle of black pepper or paprika, or a sprinkle of sriracha can be added to the filling mixture.
- add other toppings – Try chopped olives, roasted red peppers, capers, diced radishes, smoked salmondiced ham or sliced ham.
storage instructions
You can keep deviled eggs and bacon in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, but it’s best eaten the same day.
If you want to save time, you can cook the eggs and make the filling a few days in advance. However, do not fill the eggs until after serving.
