President Joe Biden Executive order has been signed, instructions Ministry of Justice Supervise the review of declassified documents related to the FBI’s 9/11 investigation with other relevant agencies.

On Friday, the President announced that he had signed an order requesting the Attorney General Merrick Garland Publish these documents publicly within the next six months.

Biden said in a press release: “When I ran for president, I promised to ensure the transparency of declassified documents in the terrorist attack on the United States on September 11, 2001.” “We are about to usher in that tragic day. On the 20th anniversary, I am fulfilling this promise.”

The president added: “For 20 years, children have grown up without parents, and parents have suffered without children. Husbands and wives have to find a way forward without a partner. Brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, relatives and friends. Looking at an empty chair at home, there is a hole in their heart. They celebrated 20 years of birthdays, family gatherings and milestones.”
