Even without an appointment, users can connect with bilingual, bicultural health providers 24/7 within minutes using text, video or phone calls. The company touts that more than 50 percent of Galileo providers are non-white and can provide care including urgent care, behavioral and primary care, and complex chronic specialty care.
The service is available to both insured and uninsured. In addition to virtual products, Galileo also offers home care and community care.
