A judge ruled on Friday that a nearly seven-year civil lawsuit accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting a teenage girl, and the lawsuit will continue.
The lawsuit was filed in December 2014, calling the shameful comedian- He was released from prison in Pennsylvania in June -In 1974, 15-year-old Judy Huth was sexually assaulted.

Now, a Los Angeles judge said that the civil lawsuit against Cosby should continue.
According to Hus’ legal team, the court cancelled the suspension on Friday, except for whether Cosby had to testify.
Attorney John West told AFP that the suspension of testimony will continue until September 30, as lawyers are waiting for the US Supreme Court to review whether Pennsylvania’s decision to revoke Cosby’s criminal conviction.
Huss’ legal team stated that the trial date has been set for April 18.
“We look forward to continuing to fight for our very brave clients,” lawyer Gloria Allred told reporters.
Cosby’s legal team did not respond to AFP’s request for comment.
The case is considered to be the last pending legislation against Cosby.
Dozens of women said that they had been sexually assaulted by the celebrity, but due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, only Constant’s charges were subject to criminal trial.
Cosby was released from prison – he has served more than two years in prison from three to ten years – Angered many advocates of the #MeToo movement.
His conviction is the first guilty conviction for sexual assault on a celebrity since the worldwide liquidation of sexual violence and abuse of power.
But the court did not exonerate him from responsibility, but technically overturned the conviction.
The judge wrote that the non-prosecution agreement reached between the former district attorney and Cosby on the evidence he provided in another civil case meant that the actor should not be criminally charged in the first place in the Constant case.
