Jackson said that the police now “have a deeper understanding of the components of the equipment, how they were obtained and how these parts may be assembled.” But he said: “To understand how the incident was planned, prepared, and How it happened, there is still a long way to go.”

The Times of London stated that Al Swarmian (also using the name of Enzo Armeni) claimed to have a Syrian and Iraqi background and had applied for asylum in the UK, but was rejected.
The Liverpool couple Malcolm and Elizabeth Hitchcault told the British media that Al Swarmian spent eight months in a mental hospital after being released from prison. The couple said that Al Swealmeen is very interested in Christianity and converted to this faith in 2017.
“We are so sad,” Elizabeth Hitchcott told the BBC. “We just love him. He is a lovely person.”
