The ingredients you need

- olive oil -Used for stir-frying. Avocado oil is also very effective.

Hard vegetable variants
These harder vegetables are best sautéed, so add onions in step 2 or sweet peppers in step 3:
- cabbage – Detox cabbage soup is a popular soup. Chop the cabbage before sautéing it with the peppers.

How to make detox soup

- Stir fragrant. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium-high to medium heat. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Stir fragrant chili and seasonings. Add bell pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, sea salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for a few minutes.


- simmer. Add chicken breast and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer.
