It’s a satisfying way to boost your protein intake and is a great way to fuel up before or after a workout. Protein helps stabilize your blood sugar, keeps you feeling fuller and satisfied, and has the added benefit of supporting muscle tissue.

you need to: blender and measuring cup

raw material:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup pitted or frozen cherries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving (34 g) I ❤ chocolate protein*

instruct:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

*Feel free to add more than 1 serving if your protein needs are greater. Add 1.5 servings to this smoothie for an easy 33 grams of protein.
