Arguably my favorite Christmas gift is socks. I had fun collecting cute little gifts to put in everyone’s stockings. This has always been my favorite part! ! Zack and I stuffed each other's stockings too (wow, that sounds dirty, hahaha), but seriously. It's so much fun! Do you make stockings at home? Do you do these things for your spouse? My parents always did this and it's a cherished memory for me, so passing it on with our own family just makes it that much sweeter. We put on our stockings first thing on Christmas morning (once everyone is up, because remember, kids, “Waiting for Christmas to begin!”—name that movie—) before breakfast, and then We will have our special Christmas breakfast and then make gifts. I love hearing about everyone’s Christmas traditions and loving how they are different but the same.
Anyway, here are some fun Christmas gift ideas! Here's a list of some good stuff that's not entirely “linkable” but is always a good idea worth including:
– Orange (we always put an orange on the toe of our socks! It’s just tradition.
– Tape. A friend of mine gets a roll of tape for her kids every year so they stop using all her tape, ha! I think that's genius and will definitely increase this year.
