Happy Saturday. It’s been a rough week. Yesterday I took a yoga class with Kelly, which was part exercise, part meditation, and part journaling. Although the past few weeks have been filled with sadness and heaviness, there was joy and lightness in the room. We all spoke of our own struggles to find joy, connection, and balance in the midst of tragedy. I referenced this podcast, one of my favorites when I need a reminder on how to do this. I left with such a sense of gratitude, practicing yoga in Vermont, overlooking the river and the cows grazing in the meadows beyond our view. These little pockets of peace are so important and are the fuel to keep going, remember that in order to create change and spread more love into the world we must cultivate it within ourselves. I wish you a nice weekend.

Here are the best of the week. – kaylin and jesse
