- Egg – This recipe uses a lot of eggs and whips them into air pockets, so egg substitute won’t work here. Use whole large eggs.
- extra seeds – Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and sesame seeds. These mask the egg flavor, add crunch, and create a texture reminiscent of multigrain bread. See the tips below if you want to use a different or fewer type of seeds.

Feel free to use the same number of different seeds, just make sure they are similar in size. Too many large seeds will cause the coconut flour bread to spread too easily.

How to Make Bread with Coconut Flour

- Combine dry ingredients. Whisk together coconut flour, flax meal, seeds, baking powder and salt.
- Add butter. Add melted butter and stir until crisp.


- Beat eggs. In a separate bowl, beat eggs on high speed until tripled in volume (this will create air pockets!).

Here are my three key tips for making really delicious coconut flour bread: rnrnu003c!u002du002d /wp:paragraph u002du002du003ernu003culu003ern tu003cliu003eu003cstrongu003e Be careful not to break the eggs. u003c/strongu003e Beating the eggs to triple their volume helps to introduce air into the batter so your coconut bread doesn’t get too thick. But for this effect to work, make sure to fold (don’t stir or stir!) the eggs as you add the other ingredients. rose a lot. It is very different from traditional bread made from wheat. Storage Instructions
- Shop: Keep on the counter for up to 2 days. After that, wrap in parchment paper (not plastic wrap) and refrigerate for 5-7 days.
- Reheat: Serve at room temperature, or lightly toast if the bread is a little moist.
