Thousands of delegates attending the UN COP26 climate summit will relax ovid-19 regulations for travel to the UK Glasgow November.

Delegates will reduce travel restrictions and quarantine and self-isolation regulations to the UK, and will develop strict testing protocols, including regular testing of all participants in the summit.
Delegates must also sign a charter and agree to abide by the summit agreement.
Cop26 officials said that they strongly encourage full vaccination for the two-week summit. The UK has provided vaccines to registered representatives and they will not be able to be stabbed by other means.
The UK acknowledged that all Covid-19 vaccinations are effective for the event, but officials also stated that they will not prevent unvaccinated people from participating.

According to the regulations specifically for Cop26, if the representatives from the red list countries have been fully vaccinated, they only need to be quarantined for 5 days in the quarantine hotel. If they have not received the injection, they need to be quarantined for 10 days.
Officials said that regardless of whether they were vaccinated or not, Cop26 participants from amber or green list countries would not be required to self-quarantine upon arrival in the UK. Most people are expected to come to the UK via London.
According to current regulations, people cannot travel to England from red-listed countries unless they are British or Irish citizens or have the right to live in the UK. The same rules apply to Scotland with some other limited exceptions.
Those who do come from red-listed countries must be quarantined in an isolation hotel for 10 days, even if they are double stabbed.
For those from amber countries who have not been fully vaccinated through programs approved by the United Kingdom, the United States or Europe, they are also required to self-isolate for 10 days.
Although the red list may change, it currently includes dozens of countries, and it is expected that all countries will send representatives to participate in Cop26, some of which are most vulnerable to climate change.
The question of who will pay for the system (including testing and quarantining hotels) has not yet been finalized. The quarantine agreement for people who tested positive for the virus during the event is also being finalized.
Officials said that the Cop26 rules have been signed by the British and Scottish governments, but the Covid-19 protection measures for the summit are still subject to change.
