You all know I’m addicted to Daily Harvest!I have been using them for 5 years They make healthy eating easyIn fact, I have an entire freezer in my garage dedicated to the Daily Harvest. Daily Harvest Passion Fruit + Vegetable Smoothie

Passion Fruit + Vegetable Smoothie – Smoothies with tropical Hawaiian flavors. Filled with passion fruit, mango, hemp seed protein, spinach, and a creamy tahini sauce, it all comes together for a refreshing and filling bite. To make: Fill a cup with your favorite milk or liquid of choice, pour into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into your glass and enjoy.

Vanilla Bean + Apple Chia Bowl – Chia Seed Pudding is one of my favorites, and Daily Harvest gave them a facelift in this Chia Bowl with sweetened coconut milk and vanilla. Bright apples and sweet figs and energy-sustaining hemp and pumpkin seeds permeate every bite of the “custard.” To make: Add 1/2 cup of your favorite milk or liquid to a bowl and whisk. Cover and soak in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours. When ready to eat, stir and dig in.

Daily Harvest Broccoli + Cheese Bowl

Broccoli Rice + Dill Pilaf Harvest Bowl – A light and refreshing bowl filled with broccoli rice, coconut cream, a crunchy seed mix for extra protein, and a lemon-dill sauce that will make you feel like dining outdoors in California. To make, just remove the seal. You can microwave it directly in the bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water or broth. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Broccoli + Cheese Harvest Bowl – Handing my favorite bowl to all my Daily Harvest bowls. Full of broccoli, cauliflower, red peppers, sweet potatoes and nutritional yeast that acts as “cheese”. This bowl is creamy, cheesy, comforting and nourishing! To make, just remove the seal. You can microwave it directly in the bowl. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Brussels Sprouts + Tahini Harvest Bowl – One of my favorites, actually always in my normal order. Filled with butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, leeks, lentils, creamy tahini, and a dash of turmeric, this Harvest Bowl will keep you feeling full and satisfied in one energizing bite. To make, just remove the seal. You can microwave it directly in the bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water or broth. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Chickpea + Coconut Curry Harvest Bake – Curry takes center stage in this silky Harvest Bake featuring coconut cream and cashew butter. Each scoop is filled with cauliflower, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, chickpeas, and spinach for you to enjoy every bite. This curry is different. It’s also packed with more protein and fiber, which will keep you full for longer. Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove seal and place bake on center rack. Bake for 22-27 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
