The Canaries played 10 games in the league without a victory, only scored two points and scored three goals before being defeated Brentford Saturday 2-1 afternoon.
However, the decision about Fack’s future has been made, and that victory proved to be his last game in charge of the club.
Norwich Sports Director Stuart Weber said: “In order to continue to provide our football club with the best service, this decision is not easy.
“I know how determined Daniel and his staff are to succeed at this level, but we think now is the right time to change and provide us with the best opportunity to maintain our Premier League status.
“Everyone in Norwich City should always be grateful to Daniel and his staff for the important role they played in our journey. They helped to win two championship titles and many unforgettable moments. They all fully understood our philosophy and The meaning of being a member of this football club.
“Daniel and his staff will always welcome back here. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hard work and wish them all the best in the future.
“The important thing is that we look forward now. We still have 27 league games and there is still a long way to go this season. We know that our team and staff are capable of starting to earn points and climb the standings.”
Fack was appointed by Norwich in 2017 and was in charge of Dortmund’s reserve team.
He led them to the championship title in 2019, but the club went straight backwards and ranked bottom in the Premier League in the following season.
However, he led Norwich to immediately return to the top league, become a champion again, and received a new four-year contract in the summer.
Despite this, they have been struggling in the Premier League, and despite winning on Saturday, they are still behind Newcastle on goal difference.
Farke saw the wonderful single goal of Mathias Normann and Teemu Pukki defeating Brentford on a penalty kick.
He did not reveal his destiny in his speech after the game. He praised “A good day” and said: “The dressing room is full of spirit and faith. Everyone is committed to getting the top three points for the club.”
