Discovery announces complete Shark Week schedule


The most special summer events reappeared on the TV screen. Shark Week 2021 is finally getting closer, and Discovery Channel has released a complete timetable.

The event is broadcast for the 33rd year. It will be broadcast on TV from Sunday, July 11 to Sunday, July 18. There are more than two dozen brand new shark-focused specials on actual TV channels and streaming services. Show discovery+.

Sunday, July 11

8pm-“Crikey! This is Shark Week”

  • For the first time, Robert Owen and Shark Conservationists Paul de Geerd and Madison Stewart faced great white sharks face to face. His goal is to follow in his father’s footsteps and make sure that Crocs or Great Whites is supreme.

9 pm-“Tiffany Haddish Doing Shark Week”

  • Tiffany Haddish joined Dr. Toby Daly-Engel, Dr. Craig O’Connell, and Alannah Vellacott because she discovered more about sharks than she originally planned.

10pm-“Jackass Shark Week Special”

  • Johnny Knoxville asked Steve O, Chris Pontius and the new actors to perform a series of shark stunts to test their courage and pain threshold because they were helped by Dr. Craig Eliminates common myths about sharks.

“Shark Bait with David Dobrick”

  • Internet celebrity David Dobrik and his friends are on the craziest adventure to date-diving with sharks! But bad weather and bigger sharks than expected caused them to quickly ask why they were involved in the first place.

Monday, July 12

8pm-“Air Jaws: Going for Gold”

  • Narrated by Chris Rose, the Air Jaws team-Alison Towner, Dickie Chivell, Chris Fallows and Enrico Gennari returned to Seal Rock to capture the highest breakthrough ever.

9pm-“Great White Shark Awakens: Phred vs. Slash”

  • Brandon McMillan and Dickie Chivell set out to determine whether Phred or Slash is the largest shark in existence.

10pm-“Expedition to the Unknown: Shark Trek”

  • Josh Gates contacted William Shatner, they entered the shark-infested waters, understood the nature of fear, and confronted top predators face to face.

“Stranger Shark”

  • Mark Robb and Noah Schnapp of “Stranger Things” teamed up to explore abandoned underwater ruins and artificial coral reefs, looking for the strangest sharks in the ocean.

Tuesday, July 13

8pm-“Mother Shark”

  • A team consisting of Dr. James Sulikowski, Dr. Toby Daly-Engel, Dr. Neil Hammerschlag and Jamin Martinelli deployed a series of technologies to solve the mystery of tiger shark origin.

9pm-“Brad Paisley’s Shark Country”

  • Brad Paisley and JB Smoove traveled to the Bahamas, where they met with Dr. Austin Gallagher to see how sound attracts or repels sharks.

10pm-“Descendants of Diablo”

  • Michelle Jewel investigates whether the giant shark El Diablo has returned to Africa for the first time since 2012.

“The Great White Return”

  • Alison Towner, Enrico Gennari and Andy Casagrande set out to search for the missing great white shark on Seal Island.

Wednesday, July 14

8 pm-“Mecha Shark”

  • Kina Scollay, Mark Edmann, and Al Baxter built a diving mechanical shark to track New Zealand’s giant great white sharks to see if they can find a mating site.

9pm-“Real Shark Roll”

  • Ian Ziering and Tara Reid picked up the chainsaw and started a new adventure-but this time they worked with Dr. Tristan Guttridge to determine whether a real shark whirlwind would actually happen.

10pm-“Return to Dabai’s Lair”

  • Dr. Craig O’Connell and Mark Penn set out to make a discovery that may change our understanding of great white wines.

“Tiger Queen”

  • The Turks and Caicos Islands have a considerable number of sharks, so Kinga Philipps and Dr. Austin Gallagher needed to try to determine where the ferocious tiger sharks are hiding.

Thursday, July 15

8 pm-“Dr. Pimple Popper Shark Pop Week”

  • Dr. Sandra Lee and Dr. Austin Gallagher traveled to the Turks and Caicos Islands to explore the world of shark skin and how she applied science to solve human skin problems.

9pm-“Sharkadelic Summer 2”

  • Snoop Dogg broke down the craziest encounters, craziest and most unpredictable reactions, to find out whether the United States has returned to zero due to the shark superstorm again.

10pm-“The Jaw of Bird Island”

  • Alison Towner, Chris Fallows, Dickie Chivell, and Enrico Gennari set out to find and mark the last female great white shark mature enough to continue the South African species.

  • Paul De Gelder and Johan Gustafson set out to study why Australian bull sharks have become more aggressive.

Friday, July 16

8pm-“Ninja Shark: The Rise of Mutants”

  • The sharks in the icy waters of Alaska, the densely populated beaches of New York, and the ghost shipwrecks off the coast of North Carolina have developed unique and deadly ninja skills.

9pm-“Monster Shark of Andros”

  • Shark researchers Dr. Tristan Guttridge, Annie Guttridge, Alannah Vellacott, and Khrys Carroll traveled to Andros Island to determine whether it was a new sledgehammerhead shark hot spot.

10pm-“The Mystery of the Dark Shark”

  • Forrest Galante went to Mexico’s Baja Peninsula to find answers about El Demonio Negro, the 50-foot-long legendary shark that once frightened fishermen and tourists.

11pm-“I’m Prey: Terror of the Deep 2”

  • The two explorers recounted their terrible shark attack experience.

“Extinct or Alive: Alaska’s Jaw”

  • Forrest Galante travels the world looking for rare and elusive wildlife, including mysterious cold water sharks.

Saturday, July 17

8pm-“Return to Shark Whirlpool”

  • As the shark vortex retreats in the fall, sharks are vying for dominance in the cold waters of New England.

9pm-“Best Show of Shark Week”

  • Discover what happened in Shark World this year, including incredible viral videos, major news reports and the latest cutting-edge shark science.

10pm-“I’m Prey: Shark Week 2021”

  • The story of the two terrible shark attacks is entirely told by the survivors who have overcome life and death.

“Rogue Tiger Shark: Hunting for Ragasa”

  • A monster named Lagota lurks in the clear blue waters off the coast of Costa Rica. Scientists teamed up to find out why she and others in the area were unexpectedly more aggressive.

Sunday, July 18

10pm-“Shark Academy”

  • Eight men and women began a six-week intensive crash course to ensure that shark scientist Dr. Riley Elliott’s next big shark diving expedition was given a coveted crew position. The show will be broadcast on Discovery+ a week ago.
