  • Bake on center rack until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the cake to loosen it and remove the outer ring. Once cooled completely, serve with crème fraîche, Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, or dairy-free sour cream and drizzle with honey, if desired.
