HAVELSAN is off to a great start at the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX) in Doha, Qatar, 21-23 March 2022.
HAVELSAN, which provides next-generation end-to-end solutions in defense, simulated autonomous platform technology, ICT, homeland and cybersecurity, will showcase its advanced products and smart solutions to esteemed visitors during DIMDEX.
HAVELSAN designed and produced the HAVELSAN BARKAN in response to the demands of the modern combat field. BARKAN is an essential assistant to field personnel in many fields, especially in improving operational success, preventing losses and reducing operational costs.
With its remote control and autonomous mission capabilities in the future combat domain, BARKAN will be a close partner to military units. Thanks to BARKAN’s cluster infrastructure, joint operations with other land and air vehicles will be possible from a single center.
BARKAN can be used for multi-purpose missions thanks to its superior autonomous capabilities and modular design that can integrate different payloads. It was developed for tasks such as transporting or towing cargo, providing close protection and armed reconnaissance.
HAVELSAN is also preparing to showcase the HAVELSAN B30 sub-cloud autonomous drone.
HAVELSAN B-30 has features to meet the needs of modern military, is a sub-cloud autonomous UAV that can perform joint operations with all unmanned systems, has vertical take-off and landing capability, fully autonomous mission capability, modular architecture that allows the integration of different payloads and more advanced features.
The B-30 is a fixed-wing subcloud autonomous aircraft that can take off and land vertically. The system is powered by a gasoline engine during horizontal cruise and supported by an electric motor during vertical takeoff and landing.
