With some state-of-the-art guest rooms, the world’s first Dior Spa, a 30-meter indoor swimming pool, many high-end restaurants… let us learn more about it all.
Arrived in the fantasy world
After checking in at the lobby, the first impression was definitely good.Precious materials, bright and colorful interior design Pietro Marino, A large number of contemporary art works and a touch of home fragrance… it’s great.
The staff (guards, receptionists) warmly welcome and receive guests, which is a good start to the journey. You can feel that they are all committed to allowing visitors to have the best moments ever.A homemade Rose water The welcome drink provided by the in-house bartender has completed the registration procedure.
However, just a few days before our arrival, Cheval Blanc Paris opened its doors for business, and the check-in area was a bit crowded. I think the staff will make some adjustments in the next few days to make the process smoother.
Room
My partner and I received a room upgrade upon check-in. What a benefit! We are staying in the Junior Suite Seine #510 (5th floor), from the Winter Garden you can enjoy the magnificent view of Paris and its Pont Neuf. The Seine, the Notre Dame Cathedral on the left, the Eiffel Tower on the right, and all the roofs of Paris in the middle… a real wow effect.
This junior suite has a spacious dressing area, a gorgeous king-size bed and a relaxing area with a beautiful sofa. The TV is large and has a very convenient system that provides free movies. The size of the bedroom is amazing, and the light tones and colors also create a relaxing atmosphere for the whole. To be honest, it was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever seen in the world.
I cannot miss the mention of the incredible bathroom that leads to the bedroom through the window. The marble bathroom is equipped with state-of-the-art furniture and appliances, including a Turkish bath that can be opened in a walk-in shower. Mr. Parfums Christian Dior and Mr. François Demachy created luxurious toiletries and their fragrances.
The world’s first Dior Spa
The magnificent Dior Spa Cheval Blanc is located in the basement of the building. This spa is the first to provide real Dior body and facial treatments and exclusive access to the largest indoor swimming pool in the Paris hotel. The breathtaking 30-meter long swimming pool, deep blue water and screens simulate outdoor scenery. amazing.
I did not have the opportunity to enjoy spa treatments. However, I have been to a treatment room and I know: I will come back and try it!There is already one Dior Academy at the Plaza Athenee Hotel, But it does not provide the same full-scale Dior care as Cheval Blanc Paris, nor is it a swimming pool. This one is definitely not to be missed.
Last but not least, a lovely Dior boutique next to the spa sells beauty products. Christian Dior Premium Perfume Collection Even some home decorations. Some items are specially designed for Cheval Blanc Paris and can only be purchased there.
Dining at Le Tout-Paris
We booked dinner at Le Tour-Paris, Bistro chic Chef William Béquin at the restaurant of Cheval Blanc Paris. Located on the 7th floor with a 180-degree view of Paris, it is definitely a great choice for romantic moments. The menu is not pretentious, we went to the two meats of the day-pork tenderloin-and homemade fried and cooked vegetables.
Simple, delicious, and absolutely no problem. For dessert, we chose some delicious pastries by Chef Maxime Frédéric, which did not disappoint us: Floating Island and Paris-Brest – two French classics. The outdoor landscape is a good complement to the whole.
For first-class dining enthusiasts, there are two other restaurants to choose from. Langosteria offers an ode to fish and seafood on the last floor, and Plénitude on the first floor is presented by Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Donckele with the highest level of cuisine.
service
During our stay, we enjoyed excellent service quality. I have already talked about the doorman and the staff in the lobby, and I must also mention the spa team-the receptionist and the fitness trainer-and the waiter at the Tout-Paris restaurant. Similarly, Cheval Blanc Paris opened its doors a few days before our check-in, so they had to solve some problems here and there, but the hotel still offers guests a very high-end journey.
Overall experience
Although it is very new, Cheval Blanc Paris has come up with an experience that meets the standards of the Palace. The location, views and facilities make it a great choice for affluent travelers. With the current openness in full swing, this hotel is a must-see in Paris. Go ahead and book a Dior spa treatment and lunch or dinner at Plénitude.
