Israel allows children 5-11 years old to be vaccinated against COVID-19-National


Israel approved the grant on Sunday Coronavirus disease Children 5 to 11 years old are vaccinated.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement that its director general, Dr. Nachman Ash, accepted the advice of an expert consultant to vaccinate children with Pfizer/BioNTech. It said that most consultants believe that the benefits of vaccines outweigh the risks.

The ministry said it will announce the date of the start of the event in the next few days. According to Israeli media, it is expected to start vaccinating children’s doses next week.
