Min Chang
Jian’an Healthcare announced on January 7 that CEO Min Chang had accepted another position outside Jian’an, and the board of directors had appointed Michael Woo as interim CEO, effective March 1.
“We are fortunate to have Michael’s steadfast leadership during this transition period,” said Board Chairman Sherwin Tsao. “Michael’s long tenure and valuable experience at Kin On will ensure stable operations as we continue to search for a permanent replacement for Min.”

Woo joined Jian An in 1989 and is currently Director of Nursing Network, a role he has held since 2011.
