For the crust:

How to make keto Calzone

  • Make dough. In a food processor, almond flour and eggs are processed. In a separate bowl, add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, then heat in the microwave. Stir, then microwave again until melted and smooth. Add the cheese mixture to the food processor and pulse until a dough is formed, scraping the sides as needed.

tip: Food processors work best. You can also mix the dough manually, but it may not mix well.
