New Year, New You | Holly Bird’s Nest

Since we are all in the middle of the holidays, in our minds many of us are thinking about the new year and all the resolutions that we usually fail before the end of January, this is a year we can make a great new year for change And a new you!

I did not make up my mind, but always set goals so that I would never fail, because the goal is with you, and determination must be done! I will follow some steps when setting goals, I want to share with you!

Decide. Think about what you want to do or work hard for. It doesn’t matter what you want to do, you are interested or excited. It should be something you want to do for yourself, not for something or other people. It can be a big thing or a small thing—sometimes it’s easier to do small things. If it is only slightly beyond what you can currently do, it usually helps-it can inspire our goals!

write down. Writing down your goals carefully will increase your chances of persisting. Write down how you will achieve your goals and when you hope to achieve them, remember that goals do not have to have deadlines! Ask yourself: how will you feel when you finish it! Describing why you want to achieve this goal will help remind you that a vision board for New Year’s goals is a great way to help motivate you!

Tell someone. Tell people we know about your goals. This seems to increase your chances of sticking to your goals.

Break your goal. This is important for big goals, so you won’t be overwhelmed. Think of the smaller steps that will help you achieve your goal. Sometimes the goals may be a bit vague, I want to save more money, or I want to be healthier, break down these, and be more specific. Therefore, a smaller goal may be required. Write down your small goals and try to set some dates to complete them. This will help you achieve your main goals. Sometimes, having a few smaller goals makes each goal easier and makes you feel successful in the process, which also makes us more likely to move towards your main goal.

Plan your first step Even if you don’t know where to start, your first step is important. Your first step may be to research “how to” on the Internet or talk to people or read a book on the subject. Then consider your next steps and steps to follow! Don’t panic, remember that the goal is not a resolution that must be completed immediately!

be good to yourself And keep working Sometimes it can be difficult and frustrating in your goals, but it doesn’t mean you have failed. If the step you are doing doesn’t work, think about other things you can try. No matter how big it is, you can still Pushing you forward As long as you are moving forward, you are progressing! Considering different ways to achieve our goals can make you more likely to be successful. If you get stuck, take a break, then re-read the goals you wrote down at the beginning, work on your vision board, and if you need to adjust your goals, do it, it’s okay, find a way to achieve your goals Part of the goal itself!

celebrate When you reach your goal, please take a moment to enjoy it and thank those who have helped you. Think about what you like and learn in the process.

Are you ready to set goals for the new year? Let us get ready for a happy and successful new year! !
