How to Make Cauliflower Stuffing

- season. In a large bowl, whisk together cauliflower, onion, celery and garlic. Add oil and seasoning and mix well.

In a large bowl, toss together chopped cauliflower, onion, celery, and garlic. Add olive oil, poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, sea salt and black pepper.

Spread the mixture in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. (Depending on the size, you may need two sheets. You want as many cauliflower florets and onions as possible to touch the pan.) Roast in the oven for approx. 15 minutesuntil the onions are soft and the cauliflower is starting to brown.
