- Almond Flour Crust – you can also use Coconut Flour Pie Crust For a nut-free variation.
- Unsweetened Sweetened Condensed Milk – Helps to make a creamy consistency, and it’s easy to make yourself! If desired, you can use coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream for a dairy-free version.
- yolk – Helps the lime pie filling “set”, adding a rich and creamy texture.
- Besti Luo Han Guo Powder Allulose Blend – This one dissolves best, tastes the most like sugar, and is all 0g net carbs.To use other powdered sweeteners, check my conversion A Guide to Keto Sweeteners. However, many other brands contain erythritol and it tends to crystallize during storage, so the texture can be rough if Besti is not used.

How to Make Sugar-Free Lime Pie

- Make condensed milk. Prepare unsweetened condensed milk (Be sure to double the recipe) Set aside to cool.
- Make the crust. Prepare Almond Flour Pie Crust Set aside to cool.


- Make the filling base. In a medium bowl, use a whisk or whisk to combine the condensed milk and egg yolks until smooth.
- Add lime. Add lime juice and lime zest and stir until smooth. Taste the filling and stir in the Besti, if desired, until you reach your desired sweetness.

- bake. Bake the tomato lime pie for 15 minutes.
Tip: The pie still looks runny.
The filling will not fully set until 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.

Tips for the Best Ketogenic Lime Pie
Easily make and serve this pie using a few key tips:
- Don’t skip the cooldown. Otherwise the pie will be too runny and difficult to cut.
- Make clean slices. Cut the pie with a sharp knife, wiping clean between slices.
- Serve as soon as possible. For best results, serve within 24 hours of making. The crust can be made ahead of time, but once the filling has been added, the crust has its best texture in the first 24 hours after setting.
Storage Instructions
- Shop: Cover leftovers in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
- freeze: To freeze pies, divide into slices and freeze individually until firm. Then wrap tightly and store in the long-term freezer for up to 1 month.

Make unsweetened sweetened condensed milk as instructed here. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).

Make a keto pie crust according to the instructions here. Set aside to cool. Keep oven at 350°F (or preheat again before step 6).

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together condensed milk, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.

Add lime juice and lime zest and stir until smooth.

Taste the filling to see if it’s sweet enough to your liking. If not, add Besti Powdered and stir until dissolved to achieve your desired sweetness.

Pour filling mixture into cooled crust and smooth top.use defeat or a Pie Shield.

Baked Keto Lime Pie 15 minutes. The filling is still runny and will not set at this step – this is normal.

Remove pie from oven.cool 30 minutes on the counter, then refrigerate at least 3-4 hours, until set. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
