It’s been a busy couple of weeks, so I’ve just started our March likes and likes campaign! If you’re new here, my likes and loves are my way of keeping track of what we’ve enjoyed in the last month. It’s a great way to appreciate the little things, and a great way to discover new products to try.
We were all rocked by covid in March so it was pretty tough, all the more reason for me to appreciate the little likes and love this month!
So with that being said…here’s what we like and love about March.
skin care
i have been using Palmer’s skin care It’s been a while now. I love all their product lines, but my favorite is the cocoa butter formula.
After I shower, I like to smother in my daily skin regimen because that’s when my skin is at its driest. Soaps really dehydrate my skin, so using Palmer’s feels so refreshing! I intermittently smell chocolate as I go about my day! Hehe, it smells amazing.
I’m also a fan of Palmer’s Solid Balm. It feels like wax, but it’s great for severely dry skin like rough working hands or the hard skin on your feet. It really soothes and hydrates.

My kids love coloring, I love coloring, and I think it’s a very rewarding pastime no matter what age you are, isn’t it? !
My youngest loves his coloring books and I often print out coloring sheets for him.We already have quite a few Crayola products, but Loving Crayola Colors The range is lovely. Each pencil, crayon, and marker has an inspirational quote, which I think is a brilliant idea, and the pastel shades are beautiful too!

We’re a big family of gamers, so when we get a chance to try out a new release, we get really excited. Joben loves gaming on his Switch, and his love for games varies. He likes racing games, games with a lot of video clips because he finds them visually stimulating, and platformers, as long as they’re not too complicated.
We received brand new Peppa Pig World Adventure Try it out with Outright Games.
I love the interactivity of the Peppa Pig game. Little ones can choose their favorite characters and customize their characteristics and outfits. There are even more opportunities for customization in Peppa Pig World Adventures, including designing and building your own house in the neighborhood. Players can also fly, sail and drive in various locations around the world!
It’s really a really cute game, and I can see it becoming very popular among Peppa Pig fans.

I have several birthday presents to buy over the next few months, and I think a personalized gift is a little more special because it takes a lot of thought to make one.
Vista Print has a lot of lovely Personalized Gift Ideasthey have something for everyone.
I recently received some of their personalized collection and I’m ecstatic about the finished product. Personalized pens are very cheap but very high quality! I’ve also had personalized calendars from Vista Print before, and I’m really impressed with how they look.
One product that I was a little apprehensive about ordering was a bath mat. Just because I’m a little concerned that the print quality might be a little blurred due to the nature of the sublimation material used.
I don’t have to worry though, because the image is clear and vibrant, so now I can sit in the tub and watch my favorite beach hehe!
Putting together my thesis for college
I still find it surreal that young At 43, I pushed myself to the limit and chased my dream of doing a Masters in Creative Writing. I absolutely love my lessons so far! I’m currently working on my first dissertation which will be assessed in early May! I decided on “The Evolution and Analysis of Cartography in Children’s Literature”. Wish me luck, I’ll need it!

If you’ve been passing by often, you know I love crafts. You can never have too many beautiful vellums in your collection!and these 1893 Crafts 12 x 12 Paper Pack The one from Lyman is a lovely addition to my collection. They’re perfect for spring and summer crafts, card making, and more. I also love the super cute ladybug and bumblebee decorations.

going out after covid
After years of dodging Covid, it finally caught up with us. It has been several weeks since recovery, but we are all thankful to be able to recover and get back to our daily routines now.
Something as simple as a walk has never brought me so much joy. I also had lots of lovely company along the way!

I recently discovered the lovely brand mashed directly. They are a family run business supplying over 50 vegetable dishes to supermarkets and shops across the UK.
Their lovely line of potato products includes chips, mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. They also make salad pots and root vegetables. We tried the balsamic potatoes and peri peri fries which were good although a bit spicy for our taste. Just pop them in the oven for 20 minutes. We made ours in the air fryer and they were lovely crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. tasty!
