“It is disrespectful and unsportsmanlike to watch celebrations during hospitalization, but we keep going.”
Verstappen was sent into an obstacle in a highly controversial incident because he and Hamilton competed against each other in the opening lap.
When Hamilton wanted to go inside, the two collided and Verstappen slid into the wall at high speed.

The steward believed that Hamilton was primarily responsible for this incident. He was penalized for 10 seconds when he pitted on lap 27 of 52 laps.
