Another meal plan for another week. How are we doing in November? I will prepare my Christmas meal plan at this speed!
Our previous meal plan went very smoothly. As part of our plan, we still enjoy the Gousto box. It’s great to discover some new meals that even kids love! The convenience of prepared ingredients is also a bonus for me.
This is the meal plan for this week.
Monday-(Gousto Box recipe)
Crispy fried chicken burger, french fries and garlic mayonnaise. A quick dinner to start the new week. The kids are really looking forward to this.
Tuesday-(Gousto Box recipe)
Simple mushroom risotto with crispy bacon. We all like risotto, although my eldest lady has to subtract the mushrooms!
Wednesday-(Gousto Box Recipe)
A pot of creamy dried tomatoes and stewed chicken. The past few days have been too cold, so I really look forward to a warm and hearty dinner.

Thursday-(Gousto Box Recipe)
Creamy mustard chive pork chops with crushed potatoes. We didn’t have this before, so next week I will tell you how we deal with it.
Friday –
Spiced Beef Fried Rice. My favorite meal tonight. It’s fast and easy to make, and it tastes great!
Saturday –
Fakeaway Slow Cooker Kebab. Fakeaway Saturday sounds perfect to me!
Sunday ——
Hearty vegetable chopped. This must be one of the best comfort foods ever! Definitely suitable for the cold winter in front of us. Also counted as one of our meatless meals this week.
