We are back with another meal plan. I had slipped a bit when we were able to implement our plan, and this is true of all the Christmas plans I am working on.We really enjoy Gusto Box Recipe In the past few months, as Christmas approaches, I have decided to suspend my subscription. Not only to save a few cents, but we plan to enjoy our own meals and snacks during Christmas, so I will most likely resume my subscription in the new year.
Having said that, this is the meal plan for this week.
on Monday –
Homemade lasagna. Craig is cooking tonight and I have to admit that his lasagna blew my lasagna out of the water!
Tuesday –
Slow cooker chicken tikka masala. I tried many different variants on tikka masala and I think I finally got it! In the next few weeks, I will share recipes on my blog.
Wednesday –
Potatoes baked. I think this is the most comfortable food on cold days. Muddy cheese potatoes with bacon and onions. Does anyone want to eat them for a few seconds? Yes, please!
Thursday –
Chicken ham pasta with mascarpone sauce. I like sandwich pasta. This is a very quick tea when you have a busy day.
Friday –
Fish and chips. Convenient crispy tea on Fridays. The perfect way to end the week!
Saturday –
Homemade pizza. My children like to make their own pizza. I will use some ready-made rolled pizza dough from Asda, and the kids can put their favorite ingredients.
Sunday –
Roast beef dinner. The delicious grilled meat with all the toppings, including Craig’s homemade cauliflower cheese, it blooms amazingly!
What are your plans this week?
