I can’t believe it’s been a week since I last wrote about meal planning! Doesn’t a year fly by at a stupid speed? last week’s plan Everything went well except for the dhansak on Thursday. Assuming I won’t share that recipe!
Anyway, without further ado, here’s what we have in store for the week ahead.
on Monday –
Tonight we’re having quesadillas filled with black beans, onions, peppers, and oh, and of course cheese! Serve with lime rice. Meatless meal first.
Tuesday –
Shrove Tuesday. Pancakes, pancakes and more pancakes!American style Blueberry Maple Pancakes Serve with whipped cream.
Wednesday –
Today we have some roasted vegetables and couscous. Eggplant, zucchini, onion, bell pepper and portabello mushrooms. We really need something healthy after last night’s pancakes! Also the third meatless night.
Thursday –
Spiced Beef Fried Rice. Super easy and one of our favorites.
Friday –
Boiled Mata Curry with Bombay Potatoes. No takeout is required for these easy recipes.
Saturday –
Homemade Pizza.i want in my Ninja Cuisine Then let the boys roll their own pizza. Everyone loves this and it’s so easy to do.
Sunday –
Beef and Garlic Mushrooms on the way. I made these after seeing my friend Kim many years ago life is gold mention them. We’re going to serve them with some roasted carrots, parsnips, broccoli and mashed potatoes.
